With over 12 years of experience in independent school admissions, Michael understands that choosing a school is one of the most important decisions families make. He takes pride in creating a welcoming and transparent admissions experience where families feel heard and valued.
Michael's approach to admissions is both holistic and personal. He believes that every child has unique strengths and learning needs, and he works to identify students who will thrive in Meridian's collaborative and inquiry-based environment. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northwestern University. Before joining Meridian, he worked in admissions at two other independent schools, where he developed expertise in enrollment management, marketing, and community relations.
Michael has been instrumental in diversifying Meridian's student body, expanding outreach efforts to underrepresented communities and partnering with organizations that support educational access.
