The annual Fall Arts Festival transformed Meridian's campus into a vibrant celebration of student creativity, featuring performances, exhibitions, and interactive installations across all artistic disciplines.

The three-day festival opened with a stunning visual arts exhibition in the main gallery, showcasing everything from traditional paintings and sculptures to digital media and photography. Junior artist Sophia Rodriguez's mixed-media installation exploring themes of identity and community garnered particular acclaim from visitors.

Musical performances ranged from intimate solo recitals to full ensemble concerts. The jazz band's Friday evening performance drew a standing-room-only crowd, while Saturday's chamber music series highlighted the exceptional talent of our classical musicians.

The theater department presented original student-written one-act plays, each exploring themes relevant to today's youth. Senior playwright Marcus Johnson's piece about finding belonging in a new community resonated deeply with audiences.

Arts Department Chair Elena Vasquez noted, "The Festival demonstrates how our comprehensive arts program nurtures creative expression across all disciplines. Every student found a way to participate and share their artistic voice."
